Our team is very informative and brings over 15 years of experience in the medical device field, specifically helping patients to recover from fractures that hinder work and other regular daily activities.

Providing help with insurance coverage.

Once your medical specialist recommends the Bone4ce device, they complete a Certificate of Medical Necessity on your behalf. This certificate allows you to obtain insurance coverage for the device rental.

Training you on how to use the device.

Each patient who obtains a device from Total Patient Care Pty Ltd receives a one-on-one phone consultation with an expert from our team. We are here to support you in a variety of ways.

Offering help for those without insurance coverage.

Total Patient Care Pty Ltd is the only Australian distributor with a subsidized rental program for patients without insurance. We will walk you through the process should you not have coverage.
